An interesting waterproof version of the centre seconds Smiths Astral watch from possibly 1962. I have not yet tracked down the model number, because of the combination of factors in the dial design, lumed, central decoration and full set of numerals. The case back is marked waterproof anti-magnetic, and the internals are protected by a wide crown with the seal on the case neck, and an internal o ring gasket. Currently still on its Smiths signed flexi bracelet. Probably ok for a six to six and a half inch wrist. The case is chromed with a steel back and has a width of about 32.8mm without the crown. You could always opt for a leather 16mm strap to be fitted and keep the bracelet spare. The thickness of the watch is 11.1mm.
The movement is a nice clean 27 cs which has been serviced and keeps good time. This is an Astral grade movement with smooth balance and unpolished escapement. Comes with our two year warranty.
