As you have noticed when getting your watch done here the time it takes for a successful conclusion is between 8 and 12 weeks on average and problem watches can take much longer.
With my experienced manageress Michele moving away , though still available remotely, this isn't going to improve. Currently the repairs are done by myself and a highly qualified watchmaker, sometimes especially with case furniture we both work on the watches.
